This is a three day course for people with experience in sales. This course will really show a difference in the successful closures of sales. – could be delivered over 2 days.

By now, you will have experience in sales, and will be looking to improve and hone your skills.  You will feel the difference in your approach and rapport with customers and hear what the customer’s desires really are, and what drives them to make decisions.

Also suitable for management and other team members who have customer interventions, such as Contract Managers.

The course can be delivered in-house or at an external location with individuals from across several organizations, or a dedicated course for your sales-force.
