Fire Extinguisher Training

Introduction:

This course is for staff who may be required to use extinguishers in the event of a fire. This course is normally held on your company premises. The theoretical session will include overhead slides and video. All equipment required is carried by our qualified Instructors.

Aims:

Fire Prevention
Create awareness of the nature of fire
Give delegates the necessary confidence in the event of fire

Course Content

Fire and Smoke
Classification of fires
Types of extinguishers and their uses
Practical demonstration and practice of extinguishers either by dry run or on a small fire (depending on site conditions).

Duration:
2 - 2½ hours (Time : To suit client requirements)
