Fire Extinguisher Training

Introduction:

This course is for staff who may be required to use extinguishers in the event of a fire. This course is normally held on your company premises. The theoretical session will include overhead slides and video. All equipment required is carried by our qualified Instructors.

Aims:

• Fire Prevention
• Create awareness of the nature of fire
• Give delegates the necessary confidence in the event of fire

Course Content

• Fire and Smoke
• Classification of fires
• Types of extinguishers and their uses
• Practical demonstration and practice of extinguishers either by dry run or on a small fire (depending on site conditions).

Duration:
2 - 2½ hours (Time : To suit client requirements)
