Introduction
This training programme has been designed to enable staff to
effectively train other in work activities, especially on a one to one
basis.
Aims and Objectives
On successful completion the participant will be able to:-
- Identify the training needs of staff
- Prepare for training , by breaking down activities into logical
stages and key points
- Carry out effective instruction with individuals and groups
using training methods covered
- Develop the confidence and the ability to deal with a range of
training situations
